This Privacy Policy describes how Tweaker ("the Application", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the Application.

1. Information We Collect

Tweaker does not require user registration and does not require users to create an account.

The Application does not intentionally collect or store personal information such as:

  • Names or contact information;
  • Email addresses;
  • Windows account information;
  • Hardware identifiers;
  • Device identifiers;
  • System specifications;
  • Usage statistics;
  • Location information;
  • Browsing activity;
  • Files or documents stored on your device.

Tweaker does not use analytics, advertising, telemetry, or behavioral tracking systems.

2. Local Processing

Tweaker is a Windows optimization and configuration utility.

System optimization, configuration, and modification operations performed by Tweaker are carried out locally on the user's device.

Information used for these operations is not transmitted to us for analytics, profiling, advertising, or user tracking.

3. Accounts and Registration

Tweaker does not provide or require user accounts.

Users are not required to provide personal information in order to install or use the Application.

4. Analytics and Telemetry

Tweaker does not use analytics, telemetry, behavioral monitoring, or user-tracking technologies.

We do not use analytics or monitoring services such as:

  • Google Analytics;
  • Firebase Analytics;
  • Microsoft Application Insights;
  • Sentry;
  • Mixpanel;
  • Amplitude;
  • or similar analytics services.

5. Advertising

Tweaker does not contain advertising.

The Application does not use advertising networks, advertising identifiers, tracking pixels, or technologies intended to create advertising profiles.

6. Crash Reporting

Tweaker does not automatically send crash reports, diagnostic logs, or system information to us.

7. Automatic Updates

Tweaker may connect to the Internet to check for and download Application updates.

The update process may send limited technical information necessary to perform the request, such as:

  • The current version of Tweaker;
  • Information required to request or download an update;
  • Standard network information automatically associated with an Internet connection.

Servers or third-party infrastructure used to distribute updates may automatically receive technical information such as an IP address, request time, and standard HTTP request information.

This information is not used by Tweaker for advertising, behavioral tracking, or user profiling.

If updates are distributed using a third-party hosting or content delivery service, that provider may process network information according to its own privacy policy.

8. Sharing of Information

Tweaker does not sell, rent, or trade users' personal information.

We do not share information about users with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers.

Limited technical information may be processed by infrastructure providers where necessary to deliver Application updates.

9. Third-Party Services

Tweaker does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, telemetry, or behavioral tracking services.

However, third-party infrastructure may be used to host or distribute Application updates.

Such third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Internet Connectivity

Tweaker primarily operates locally on the user's Windows device.

The Application may access the Internet for functionality such as checking for and downloading software updates.

Tweaker does not use these connections to collect information about the user's activity, create user profiles, or monitor how the Application is used.

11. Windows and Microsoft Services

Tweaker operates on the Microsoft Windows operating system.

Microsoft Windows or other software installed on the user's device may independently collect or transmit information according to their own privacy policies and settings.

Tweaker does not control data collection independently performed by Microsoft, Windows, Internet service providers, or other third-party software.

12. Data Retention

Tweaker does not maintain a database of user accounts, usage analytics, or personal user profiles.

If standard server logs are generated by infrastructure used to distribute Application updates, their retention may depend on the configuration and policies of the relevant hosting or infrastructure provider.

13. Children's Privacy

Tweaker does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Application does not require users to provide their age, name, email address, or other personal information.

14. Security

Tweaker does not maintain a centralized database containing user accounts, behavioral profiles, or analytics data.

Users remain responsible for the security of their own Windows devices and operating system environments.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the functionality of Tweaker changes.

If Tweaker begins collecting additional information or introduces new online functionality, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates when this Privacy Policy was last updated.
